early breakfast: cereal bar
breakfast: eggs with taylor ham

snack: coconut-milk based yogurt

lunch: PB&J

snack: oops! no afternoon snack!

dinner: baked chicken breast in olive oil with onions, carrots and potatoes; plus organic escarole sauteed in olive oil with chopped garlic

dessert: apple pandowdy made with GF cake mix and natural food colorings from Frontier Coop (just to be festive)
