breakfast... GF pancakes (Bob's Red Mill Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking mix) with chocolate chips or apple slices in them depending on who's eating them

snack... missed it today

lunch... PB&J on GF bread

snack... YummyEarth Organic lollipops and an organic carrot (the whole ones I have to peal)

dinner... meatloaf in the oven with Alexia oven fries (OO, rosemary & garlic flavor) plus steamed organic zucchini from the CSA pickup today


dessert... well, I'm going out. My bet is that Matthew has a "Cool Fruits" icepop or a container of So Delicious coconut milk yogurt in Chocolate flavor (which is akin to pudding here). My local grocery store started carrying it so I no longer have to trek to Whole Foods. YAY!!

Ugh... it's been a while. Talk about chaos!

Breakfast: eggs with canned organic peas

snack: rice crackers (veggie flavored) and a banana Larabar with organic white grape juice

lunch: leftover chicken (made with GF breadcrumbs and olives and some other seasonings) and sliced organic cukes plus a slice of watermelon (we were at someone else's house--so we hadn't brought the watermelon)

snack: he either took an organic apple or organic pear from the fridge, PLUS a pickle (talk about a hunt for pickles without corn syrup OR dye--holy crap! Whole Foods 365 brand organic kosher dill spears and Ricks Picks slices... thumb's up!)

dinner: skirt steak (fried tonight--was grilled the other night), organic corn on the cob (we're testing the "whole corn vs. processed/refined corn" reactions), mock mashed potatoes (organic cauliflower--made with some hot water when pureed and sea salt) and organic Red Russian kale wilted in EVOO with garlic and pine nuts/pignolis.

We may or may not have Sweet Nothings dairy-free fudge bars or coconut milk-based ice cream for dessert depending on whether Matthew's tantrum ends sooner vs. later. ;)

early breakfast: So Delicious cultured coconut milk yogurt--raspberry flavor

breakfast: eggs scrambled in EVOO with canned organic peas... and coffee (Javana organic,fair trade breakfast blend... which I don't love anymore)

snack: organic grapes

lunch: PB&J (jelly for Matthew: mom's homemade organic Concord grape, et als: Bonne Maman strawberry) and water, of course

snack: organic banana... and then some organic blueberries

dinner: some steaks I bought on sale, grilled; plus organic zucchini & red bell peppers chopped us and cooked in a little EVOO and minced garlic

dessert: Sweet Nothings non-dairy fudge bars
