breakfast: eggs with nothing in them. :)

snack: organic yellow grape tomatoes

lunch: leftover chicken fingers cooked in lemon juice & capers with steamed organic green beans (need to use these up!)

snack: organic red seedless grapes that I totally forgot about

another snack: Yummi Earth gummi bears for Matthew at a friends house. He was IN. HIS. GLORY. and I could kiss them for introducing them to me so that Matthew can have "candy like other kids" once in a while. :( Of course, our dentist will be less than thrilled. :O

dinner: leftover sliced roast beef from Mike's company dinner last night (they sent home a LOT) with some more steamed green beans. I was very lazy tonight.

early breakfast: Matthew had eggs with ketchup

breakfast: eggs in a house/hat again for me & Mike... Matthew had an apple

snack: banana

lunch: hot dog and steamed green beans

snack: another banana (completely by accident)

dinner plans: I think pasta and salad. We have way too much organic lettuce that needs to be eaten. Maybe virgin pina colada smoothies for dessert. :)

It's been chaos. I'm panicking because I'm moving the pod to another coordinator... so bye-bye discounted food. :( We were supposed to relocate to IL but that's been pushed back about 5 months--so I'm kind of sorry I'm moving the group now. But that's why I haven't posted: I thought we were listing the house and had to PURGE and stage it. Geesh!

So, today...

early breakfast: Matthew had GF pancakes with shredded apple in them and a leftover spear of non-organic watermelon

breakfast: we all had "eggs in a hat/house" (name under hot debate in our home). It's a piece of bread (not GF today--but Nature's Promise Oat & Honey which has no soy or corn) with a hole cut in the center (a glass turned upside down and pressed into the bread) and then the bread is put in a frying pan and an egg is cracked into the opening and cooked that way (flipping it is actually easy).

snack: organic yellow grape tomatoes

lunch: PB&J with Bonne Maman strawberry jelly for Mike & I and homemade organic Concord grape jelly for Matthew... his favorite.

snack: organic pear slices

snack: potato chips and hummus

dinner: hotdog pieces with pork & beans (I think it was organic--canned from Whole Foods, I know that) and steamed organic string beans
