breakfast: french toast made with GF bread, eggs and pumpkin pie spice
snack: organic red bartlett pear
lunch: PB&J on GF bread
snack: banana
dinner... to be determined. Likely skirt steak grilled with mesclun greens in balsamic vinegar and canned non-organic beets.
